When Brittany and Mary Ann first chatted, their excitement was contagious. From the moment I spoke to them on the phone, I knew their elopement at Sapphire Point was going to be something special. These two are true best friends, always laughing, always smiling, and their love for each other shines brighter than the Colorado sun.
On August 10th, the day finally arrived! Sapphire Point, with its breathtaking views of the Dillon Reservoir and surrounding Colorado mountains, was the perfect backdrop for this intimate wedding.
Mary walked down the aisle surrounded by pine trees accompanied by her aun. Once Mary reached the altar, she stared out over Dillon Reservoir toward the mountains, waiting for her bride. When AJ, the officiant, announced the perfect time for Mary to turn to see her gorgeous bride, Brittany. In that moment of their first look, tears welled up as she saw Brittany being walked down the aisle by her dad. The love and anticipation in the air were undeniable, making the moment one that even photos cant capture how beautiful the raw emotion that they both had in that moment.
They shared countless candid moments throughout their wedding day—tearful, playful, sweet, and full of laughter—that I was honored to capture.
It was an absolute joy to photograph Brittany and Mary Ann’s elopement. Their love, their energy, and their connection made my job easy, and I can’t wait to share their gallery with them soon. For now, here’s a little preview of the day that was as fun, intimate, and beautiful as they are.
Stay tuned for more from this incredible couple!
